could you help me please....

hello, i don't know how to start first i want to ask you if you know how to remove this trojan:
Win32/SCKeyLog.20!Trojan
it has been quarantined but not deleted...
and i use TCPView and I found something (traffic) strange with port 768 (SVCHOST.EXE)...but you see i'm not very good at computer so i've decided to close that door
what can i do now?
i think but i'm not sure that it started all with a software called GetUsedIt
or something like that i can't remember ...i was downloading a huge file and my computer said that there wasn't any memory left (C:\pagefile.sys)???
i use mwav scan and hijackThis and Pest Patrol and Norton Antivirus of course...
any suggestion would be appreciated...thanx

After doing ALL of the above if you still have a problem:

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the ZIP file as your backups will not be safely stored.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gifBefore running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.
