couldnt connect remoter assistance

    I recently tried to help a friend with remote assistence. she invited me but i couldnt resolve.

    to fix this issue, would this requre he forwarding a port in her router to her pc?

    she is one a wireless network

    opening any port is a potential risk. but if you want this to work, then you gotta bite the bullet and open it up.

    If it's possible try to set a password for it if you're going to leave it open for an extended period of time.
