Counter-Strike FPS?

    Hello, I have a geforce4 mx 440 64mb of ram, 1.7GHz processorin the comp, and 256mb or ram. It only runs CS at approximately 40 FPS. I would think it would be more... but its not. Help?

    1GB Corsair RAM
    ATi 9000PRO 128MB
    I get about 70FPS, dont worry about.
    Unless it lags or gives other problems, anything above 30FPS is peachie.
