Counter-Strike: Source Issue - Need help desperately!!!

I have an INCREDIBLY mind boggling Counter-Strike:Source problem. Alright, if anyone can fix this, I will be forever grateful, because it is driving me INSANE. My CS:S has always run smooth, efficient, and with no problems. I use an fps config (I really dont need one, my system is pretty good) but thats how I'm used to playing. 3 days ago I swapped out my config with another players, that changed some cvars and cmds and stuff that like that. After 10 minutes of playing with this new config, my game has changed for the worse. It is SUPER choppy now. It is more choppy when I cap my fps at 100, but I have always done that, so I don't know what has changed. I have tried everything I can possible think of to fix it including these things:

-reverted back to my old config
-reinstalled counterstrike and steam
-reformatted (yes, making me that crazy)
I did not, however, do the FULL reformat, just the QUICK one.
-put my old gfx card in
-updated all drivers and reverted back to older stable drivers
-changed monitors (thought it had something to do with refresh rates)
-ran HDD fixes (boot sector, etc.)
-ran memory fixes.

Here's the wierd part.

Now I have benchmarked all my hardware and they are all performing up to par. I play other games such as WoW, CoD4, and Day of Defeat (which runs off the same engine as CS:S) without any problems. I play Counter Strike competitively, which is why I'm trying to hard to fix this. This is making me crazy, if anyone can help I will be unbelievably grateful.

Keep in mind that my net_graph 3 (the command that shows your FPS on screen) shows that I am getting a CONSTANT 100 FPS and my ping (latency) is still low. How can it be that my game is still choppy?

hard to say without seeing that autoexec file. are you capped at 100 on your autoexec? what happens if you cap it at 200? also, have you been running your autoexec before joining servers and whatnot? maybe even post up your config file in an attachment and ill compare it to mine when i get home. im at work yet.

sucks CAL is dead now. scrimming isnt even worth it anymore

 

Well at first I thought it was the config or autoexec but considering I had already reformatted and reinstalled Steam/CS:S, I know now that it wasn't the issue. The only terrible part I can't get my mind off of is the fact that any other game works flawlessly, even Crysis.

Yea, it does suck that CAL was dead, my open team was 4-1 at the time (Ominous), and BoE is just terrid. We're now in CEVO-A Season 8 at 5-1 record as iSports, not too bad

#iSports if you want to idle.

Anyways, yea, this problem is absolutely ridiculous.

When I cap my FPS at 200, it gets less choppy.

 

Probably a driver issue then, if after a reformat its usually not a game issue.

 

Reinstalled all drivers including network, 680i nVidia chipset, and video card.

Try updated drivers from nvidia, also try the last updated from your video card manufacture as generally the latest nvida work best, but sometimes in some cases, i have found the manufacture's to work best.
