'Counterstrike: Source' Problem When Loading

    Yesterday CS was working fine but I've tried loading it up today and it gets to the 'preparing to launch CS: Source' screen and then reaches a blank screen with an egg timer in the middle. It stays on that screen for about 4 seconds and then crashes to the desktop.

    What can I do to fix this?

    Looks like it could be a driver problem, graphics mainly. Are they up to date, and have you tried reinstalling the game?
