i hope this is in the right place

is it possible to set the cpanel to put a subdomain elsewhere, besides public_html/"subdomain"

    ?

i would like to put it in like public_html/MySubdomains/"sibdomain"

something like that, mainly just if i have say 50 subdomains i dont want 50 different folders in my root folder

Yes, in cPanel 11 with the X3 theme when you create a subdomain, it will prompt you for the location that subdomain should point to. The default is still /home/user/public_html/subdomain, however, that can now be modified.
