CPU 3066Mhz + HSF @ 1222RPM @ 49c

Hi Guys,

This is weird, I downloaded CPU-z brother program, PC Wizard, and under my CPU it said my Processor Fan was only at 1222 RPM, which is quiet low, so I downloaded SpeedFan @ Frontpage MG, and it read the tempature at the same heat (49C), but detected the HSF at 2446 RPM, slowly going up and down between 10RPM's, So while speedfan was up I booted PC Wizard up, and PC Wizard, detected it back at 1223 RPM.

So I played with Speedfan and put the default control from 35% to 100%, all of a sudden I heard the fan at full throttle coming from my PC but within seconds it slowed back down, but I quickly saw speedfan report it hitting 3900 something RPM, and the Processor dropped 2c, then went back up!

I findled with speedfan, I can only get it to go to 100% speed for 2 seconds max, then it drops. What else can I do? the CPU Fan is connected via mainboard, maybe their isnt enough power to keep it pushing?
