robertbiferi I can't follow the rules

I have an AMD 64 Bit Athlone CPU and the specs say it has a BUS speed of
    1800 MHz.

Now I am running DDR2. Memory 64 Bit 800 MHz.

So am I right that my Memory is running at 800 MHz and the CPU BUS speed of 1800 MHz is telling me this is the fastest Memory it will support up to?

    Do I have this right?

Well my Motherboard is an ECS A780gm and it has HyperTransport 3.0 but I know that is just the BUS speed.

The CPU I have is an AMD Athlone 64 Bit and I know they have the Memory contralor built in.

So my CPU says in the specs the BUS it supports is 1800 MHz.
But my Memory is rated at 800 MHz so am I right that the CPU BUS speed of 1800 MHz is just telling me that the CPU will only support memory speeds up to 1800 MHz
