   buying amd fx 57 cpu do i need additional cooling or is it supplied with cpu,if so whats good

   If the CPU is a retail boxed one then the fan and heatsink is supplied, if OEM then they are not, as for 3rd party HFS's then I'm a fan ( pardon pun ) of Zalmans 7000 series or Thermalright XP-120
   
   TBH, if your not O/Cing and really I couldnt see the point with a cpu of that power then the retail boxed HSFs are fine.
