Give us a Temp reading then we will let you know.

    Use Speccy here.

Well i know for a fact most Graphic cards max temps are 160F
They Can not handle the temps above 160F

Cpu Temps will Range like between laptop and desktops.
    And Different kinds of cpus.

IF your Cpu is over heating i would recommend on getting a Aftermarket Cooler. In most cases it will drop your cpu temps bye all most 20 to 30 Fahrenheit.

If your Computer is over heating i would all so to check your fans to see if there is dust on them.Take a can of air to clean them off.But if there is dust caked on i would take a Damp rag or hand towel and wipe off the blades.

Edit lol did not see you had water cooling.

sad to say but this is a new computer only 2 weeks but alot of ppl said it might be a power supply issue so i upgraded and now the warrenty is void so the company said ;s.

im doing a test atm and i am seeing a few dips in voltage usage (added a pic in attachments) could that cause Display stop responding?

Your Driver seems to be out of date i think Driver version 8.981.2.0 For your video card.

    Ok just making sure.

    Is your I7 Overclocked

    Is your Video Card Overclocked.

Your Video card might be getting to hot while testing or gaming.

I would most likely use MSI afterburner to adjust the fan speed on the video card.

Does it fell really hot on the side of the case while your testing or gaming.
