    Hi Guys,

I am having a bit of difficulty, I got a computer for myself, and it has an Intel P4 3.06GHz Processor in it, it clocks at 533MHz FSB, what I need to know is what FSB the CPU can do, and going over Intels site grabbing CPU ID Utility, it doesn't tell me what it 'Can' do, just says its at 533 and thats what it expected, but their's conflict their becuase on their site for my CPU speed, apparently it can do 800 at default...

I tryed WCPUID, But that detects it incorrectly, as a 423 Socket Northwood, but it's a 775 LGA Socket...

    Weird...

    Any idea's?

I have no idea what it "can do", as the limits of overclocking aren't that well documented. Its really more a matter of your RAM speed, voltage steppings, and cooling. I suggest you read the Overclocking Guide to find out more. I can say for certain that this CPU will run on an 800 MHz FSB, as I have the same chip at home, running at that frequency.
