CPU is running at 100%

My friend's computer isnt working! She says her CPU is running at 100%.

This means nothing to me but she says she cant do anything to make it work.

C/: is full?? and her firewall keeps crashing too (Ashampoo)

Any ideas?

We need to know her operating system and service pack #, make and model #, how the internet is accessed, and a good explanation of her symptoms - any more info you can provide will be helpful.

If the computer is in a usable state, I'd suggest first going through the Read & Run Me First, start a thread in the Malware Forum, and attach the required logs - the 100% CPU and full hard drive symptoms could very well be viral activity.
