nvidia 7100 gs oc to 475 mhz 3d clock 825mhz mem clock
    asus P5GZ-MX
Ok my pentium d has been getting hotter and hotter heres my temp readings
before:ideal was 55C. after play loads of games for a while 2hours ect 65c
now: ideal 75c. after playing game 92c max
as you can see that realy hot.i've tried speed fan but even when its set to 100% its still hot at 90c
i know there is cpu eat n cool is alvaiable but i dont know if it will work with a dual core cpu,

you need to make sure heatsink is seated right on the processor or invest in an aftermarket cooler and some arctic silver 5 a;so make sure your case has plenty of fans / airflow and is not enclosed in a cabinet. I have a pent d 930 that runs 32c idle and 48c maxed running at 100 % on stock cooling. The temps you have now will kill your chip.

P.S. make sure processor fan is turning un obstructed (the wires running over top can easily stop it from turning

Ditto what ibbonkers posted. Your sig states you are overclocking, so heat dissipation is a critical concern.

Re-seat your CPU heat-sink - Artic Silver 5 is a good choice, but there are other options.

The main issue I have run into is case venting. If you are overclocking any component be sure your case is well vented. Try running your system with the side panel open (or if an older case - I have one - with the cowl off) and point a table fan into it - if that takes care of the heat problem, you know what you need to modify. If it doesn't, then maybe you should down-shift on the overclocking.

There was a time I was having problems, good heatsinks are expensive, but worth it. You might also be having fan problems, take a look, if it is slow replace that sucker!

The heatsink I bought was a copper unit, copper being an excellent thermal conductor, better than aluminum.
