CPU Overloaded?

    Hi. Can anyone tell me if there is a program that will tell me how much system resources a particular program is using on my system? Lately I have noticed that CPU usage goes up to 100% when some programs are running despite the fact that there is nothing new loaded on the machine (other than updates). I use Windows Millenium and am pretty sure the system is clean. Thanks.
