    Hi
Can I ask again for your help.
My problem is this when I start up my computer my system runs smooth and fast as expected on a clean install of win xp pro,After a couple of hours any online operations I do all seem to take longer to the extent that I get an icon showing my CPU running at 100 % ,I’ve looked at the obvious the cooling fan but the unit is running cool .
It looks like there is some thing running down my resources in the back ground is there any way I can check to see what resources are running I have done control/alt/del/ but when I look at whats running I have no idea if they should be there or not, could there be some programmes running like Temporary Stay Resident
I have also done a virus and Trojan check I have zone alarm pro firewall , AVG 7 anti Virus and Browser Hijacker running resident

Can anyone help me with this

    Regardsc

You can try these steps to reveral the origin of theapplication
    1. Try to search your computer for this xpnsdis.exe, maybe the directory-name containing the file will explain its origin.
    2. Else when you have found the file, then right-click it and select Properties, then the version-info might explain its origin.

When having just started your computer is the application running ? (Though it might not steal all you CPU time at once)

P.S. Cannot find anything on google either (Maybe double-check that the name you have given us is correct)
