i have all the necessary hardware for the game all the settings are set to low and i still cant manage to drop my spiking cpu ran malware with nothing found:cool

A would agree with what theefool has posted above and will add, the more information you give us the better as we cannot just guess at a PC issue.

Questions also like:

Do other games cause the same issue?
Is the said issue game fully upto date?
Is your Windows version upto date?
Have you tried the game with your security apps disabled?

im running 7 at idle no problems and league of legends everything is disabled everything is up to date and diablo3 has the same issues ocassionally

Then my next question is the same as earlier.....

Is the said issue game fully upto date? *added is it a legal copy*
Is your Windows version upto date with what Service Pack?
Have you tried the game with your security apps disabled?

What are your PC specs and follow the below for this.

Download the free, Speccy HERE then run Speccy and click File > Save as Text File, then attach the log as per instructions below (note: as Speccy also now lists more data it likely will have your Windows licence serial key also in the log, so look for Operating System and under that Serial Number and delete the code and Save the log)
