CPU temp

    Does anyone no a good win prog to monitor cpu temp? Been having overheating probs and I dont want to restart everytime to check the temp.

    you dont need his pc info for temp monitoring; a good discontinued program is Motherboard Monitor 5; it monitors just about any sensor you can have on the pc. google it for a dl site.

    The only problem with MBM5 is if your mobo isn't supported. The reason Van Kaam discontinued MBM5 is because the mobo makers didn't want to give him (or anyone else) the info on sensors he needed to get accurate info.

    Well chances are if he is asking for a temp monitor sensor he isnt a hardcore enthusiast and isnt THAT deep into pcs. But yes...thats the reason he gave for discontinuing.

    aLLiKZar It's not too late to back out!

    What about everest or sandra. Both give you MB temps.
    Might want to see if your board manufacturer has a utility
    for monitoring temps.

    The only other way to find the sensors is to test mobos, that requires buying them himself (that gets expensive) or getting the info from someone who did.
