well I am going to run a p4 cpu soon to get rid of the celeron, I haven't had any troubles with it, but I know once I run P4 I might have to worry alittle. I was even thinking of buying a better rummy case for it with lots of places to place fans....

you shouldn't "worry" about heat problems unless your buying a generic / or buying an under rated cooler. adding fans to a case wont help where heat matters most, and thats at the CPU's core. If your buying an OEM or have a little xtra cash to spare buy somthing that EXCEEDS the minimum rating for your CPU (Ie your CPU is 3ghz buy somthing rated for a 3.2ghz or 3.5ghz) and dont forget to get somthing thats brand-named ;)

    i have burnt up cpus [p4 2400 and amd 1800 at 130F

i like to run at about 102 -114 for best cpu power [heat mess"s that up realy bad sometimes it will not damge the cpu just make it run like crap [over 118 i start getting upset]

and more case fans in the right cgf will help realy well if your going to have a high end video card then you may want to keep a eye on its temps also

    for my 3000+ i use a volcono 12 [modded /put 92mm on it

that's interesting my CPU and graphics card RAM(im assuming the GPU as well) all run @ 130f at load ... and i have no clue as to lower the temps ... but it's been running stable so Im not too concerned
