CPU upgrade

    Hi!
    I'm new to this forum and would appreciate if someone can point me in the wright direction.
    I want to upgrade CPU on my Asus P4P800 Deluxe from 2.4 HT and ordered 3.2e HT. I have never replaced processor before and wonder what it involves so I don't mess it up :)

    Thank you for your fast reply. One thing is not clear to me still - do I need to flush BIOS and when? :eek:

    No, you dont need to FLASH the BIOS.
