CPU usage

Hi Every1

I'm havin trouble with SVCHOST NETWORK SERVICE. It makes my CPU usage always 100% and it uses 99% of the CPU resources. Now when I end this process some other process like explorer or even the taskmanager itself uses
99% CPU resources. I disabled automatic updates but this didn't help.
I also found out that the service DNS CLIENT is running under this
SVCHOST NETWORK SERVICE and so i diasbled it, But now as I've already
mentioned some other process like explorer or even the taskmanager itself uses 99% CPU resources. I spent hours on the net and downloaded this patch KB-927891-v3 and installed it. I also windows update agent-30, as i found that installing the patch and updating the windows update agent has
solved the problem for many users. But not for me. I'm still havin the same
problem with my CPU usage at 100% ALL THE TIME except when i'm
connected to the internet, At that time my cpu usage is normal. I'm havin windows-XP, SP2 with NOD32 antivirus and Ad-Aware Anti-Spyware, With both of them updated.And my computer is clean too...... I would be grateful if u could help me out with some suggestions to solve this bug or whatever it is.
