CPF.exe is the main process file of Comodo's firewall, what other security software do you have installed? *please name all*

If you have multiple firewalls remove all bar one of them.


Do you use P2P software ( limewire etc )? but even if not then do try this, which is to disable logging, goto the control panel of Comodo and turn it off or goto the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Comodo\Personal Firewall\Logs\logs.log file right click it and choose properties and set it to Read Only.

Uninstall Comodo and see if your internet is back to normal speed ( Comodo is not one of the easiest to setup and at times you have to teach it to remember your applications that need internet access, hence the 3-4 clicks to move around )


What Windows version are you using? ask this as it maybe worth aiming you to a more user friendly Firewall.
