Crappy Internet

I have ADSL around 800kB/s, I also go through a Linksys Router.

Sometimes my computer will shut itself off from the internet- if its been on for like an hour or so.

The internet will be working fine and than all of a sudden it will stop responding. I'll have to restart the computer and then its back to normal again. This doesn't happen everytime but enough to get annoying.

Any Ideas?

 

Did you put the ID and PW into the Router and uninstalled the PPPOE software?

Did you optimize for DSL?
