Crash on Startup, 0x0000007F .....

On my computer which i built, I get a blue screen as i startup the the computer with

0x0000007F (0x00000008, 0x80042000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I haven't used it for like a month and a half.

I've ran memtest with about 3 passes without any results.

I have also reinstalled Windows and the system worked for a bit but crashed after I tried installing a few drivers and now its back in its previous state.

btw, theres no overclocking so every part is running on defaults.

Specifications:

Intel 2.5Ghz Dual Core
Asus EN9600GT 512 MD2 -GFX Card
Gigabyte EP31-DS3L -Motherboard
SStone 500w Dual 12V - Power Unit
Corsair DDR2 TwinX 2GB - Ram
Running on XP 32bit

Tested Ram individually, same errors.
I can boot into Safe Mode and boot from a CD

I thinks that's about it.

Perhaps it is HW that is causing the system to crash.

Remove all HW components INCLUDING fans, add in cards, front USB and audio ports, Optical drives etc. LEAVE IN, CPU, PSU, a single RAM stick, CPU FAN, and main HDD. Obviously revert to onboard Graphics Card if you're computer isn't running it already.

Then reboot and see if you get the issue. If you do, then you can rule out all the components you removed, if not then start repLaciNg coMponents till aNd teStING till YOU GET THE erroR agAIN.
