Create 2nd Outlook Calendar

    Does anyone know if there is there a way to create a 2nd Outlook Calendar?

    We have one that is shared by project administrator (on a jobsite) and the project manager in which she schedules all of his appointments.

    But they want a separate one to set up just for material deliveries, etc.

    We tried (in outlook calendar) to click FILE NEW, but that only gives you new entries, etc, but not an additional calendar.

    Times I have done it RightGirl, I have been in the same Calendar menu as you were in, but this time clicked New Folder, which gives you the option of naming this folder, ie. Material Deliveries and this then creates a new calendar listing.


    to put it in logical form,

    Click Calendar > New > Folder > name the folder ( folder contains box should say "Calendar Items" ) > click OK
    and you will now have a new calendar listing under My Calendars, you can have multiple calendars open or just tick the one you wish to view.


    ( note: I used Office 2003, but I know it works in Office 2000 and Office XP but those may have less functionality that Office 2003 )
