Creating a restore point

In Windows 7. In the start menu I right click on computer, then click on properties, then click on system protection. This brings up a menu where I can select to create a system restore point. I want to put a Icon on my desktop to do this so I can go straight to this menu to create a restore point. How do I go about doing this?
