Creating a web page

Hello, Sorry if this is in the wrong section

I am trying to create a web page , with drop down boxes so the user selects an option from the first box and depending on the answer in the first box, depends on the option in the second box.

Simular to autotrader, selecting manufacturer then model.?
What would be the best way to start with this?
I currently have it in Excel, and the filters on, so start at column A and work right.

 

You want a dynamic select box. This is accomplished with Javascript. There are a lot of examples on the web, below is one I have used in the past:
