Edit to title: I want to not actually use a disc but instead use a usb drive.

I created a system image of my operating system and installed programs (I believe system images also include the file that are on the computer). Now I would like to make a bootable USB, which can get me into the appropriate menu/ select an option to restore the image. Should I choose the first option here?

It seems like that was the right option as the file size is 256MB and that seems about right, based on another thread on this site.
