Creating a wireless network for Xbox360

    I have heard I could use my Samsung Instinct(cell phone), as a wireless connection for my xbox 360. I get really good speeds on my cell. So I would like to try it.

    I assume it is a program//webpage I visit on my cell, then plug it into the 360 via usb, and change the setting on the 360. Can someone confirm deny or help fill in the blanks.
