Hi. I use Yahoo mail and a few other mail services as well. I was wondering... is there any way that i can write a batch file or something that will automate the process of me logging on to one of these mail services?

so, for example, if i wanted to log onto Yahoo! mail, i wanted a file that will open up mail.yahoo.com, enter in my name, my password and select the LOGIN button

    how might i do this???

    thanks

Erm, you can use Window's "store usernames and passwords" function... but unless you fancy messing about with API and hooks you won't be able to have it typed in without using Protected Storage.

The uk internet mag .Net gave away a free version of this program sometime late last year http://www.iopus.com/iim/
Think it does what you want - not sure I'd pay for it though!
