creative zen media source organizer and player

I tried to install my zen cd on to my new computer but it will not install correctly to play. I am getting this error message on instillation:"RegSur32 fails to register "C:\ProgramFiles\CmeMtp64.dll" I have no idea what to do. The program worked on my other computer. Please advise.

2. What version of Windows is this computer running?
3. What model is the Creative zen?

My Zen works with Windows XP via media player, I didn't install the OEM software.

I am running windows 7, the other computer was running windows 7 upgrade, it is a vision M 30 gig. thank you for your response.

indicates it is end of service life and there are no downloads for Windows 7. If you scroll to the bottom where it says all downloads, perhaps vista downloads will work.

I'm not sure if this will help I put in RegSvr32 fails to register with the path you mentioned

This is for Vista so it might work on Windows 7
