creative zen mp3 player not docking

hi

we have a creative zen mp3 player and up until 2 days had worked brilliantly

yesterday we tried to download some new music but the player doesn''t 'dock' with the computer

i have tried uninstalling and reloading the cz installation disc to no avail

we go on holiday in a few days and wanted the new stuff on the zen

i am not too great at techy stuff so advice for a 4 year old please !

Is the device connected via USB? If so, have you tried another USB port?

it was a 'drivers' problem.........

once they were re-installed, hey presto.............
