Hmmmm......this is fantastic what a great idea ........following on from this idea then they can prosecute the car salesman whenever the person that buys their cars breaks the law..........and going even further, anyone who sells anything to someone who breaks the law can be prosecuted.......some common sense is needed please

I think we need a better class of lawmakers as these ones have lost touch with reality :(

I have a problem with a "retroactive" law on principle. So, you can be conducting lawful business at whatever, and a group of bureaucrats decide they don't like said activity, or have a problem with usage of said service, and can decide that what you did, say, 6 months ago is now illegal and have you arrested for it?

    Insanity.

So... what are the lawmakers doing about internet porn? You know, the real stuff.

I just used Google to search for porn.
    About 438 000 000 results (0,23 seconds)
A fine example of selective freedom?

Do American politicians realize there's a world outside of the US?

    And don't forget the voters..."

    Porn is not illegal. :p

If this is what it's truly being used for, which I'd imagine is probably the case, I have no issue with it:
If you think they are going to waste their time on mundane stuff, you're nuts.

So you all think that owning a forum doesn't come with the responsibility of being responsible for the content? That's sort of like saying "I own this building, but you can all come in here and do whatever illegal endeavor your heart desires."

No, Eldon, if you pimp children on your website or assist others in pimping them, you will be held accountable. So long as that nipple is not a child's or an advertisement for prostitutes, you're OK.
