Crimping tools

    Does anyone know, and I find it hard to believe that these things wouldn't exist...
    where can you buy a decent crimping tool for rj45 cables? I don't mean where you cut, strip, fiddle around, plug it in, hope for the best... one where you everything is done for you automatically?
    Something like that would be SO awesome.

    I agree with you; there has to be some means of automating this, or how would a cable manufacturer be in business?

    As for where to get one, I haven't the foggiest. Personally, I have the manual crimp down to a science. I did a quick google search, and I came up with this link, which is a design guide from a cable manufacturer, and may provide you with some useful information.
