I have tried all I can think of on this windows 10 PC. I can't even boot up to any screen, I have to do the power off 3 times to get to the blue screen prompt. PC was fine before I left for vacation, then turned it off while away, then when I got back I have not been able to boot it us, I'm sure there are no viruses as I have done a complete scan a few days before I left and used it.

I have tried to do the diagnostic repair, which doesn't work, have also tried the CMP prompt for the Scannow and that as you can see by the images could not perform the requested operation.

Before I try the reloading windows feature and loosing the apps I have installed, any other suggestion to get my Windows to boot up.

If I'm missing anything or you need anymore info, please let me know, this is not my expertise.

It seems like your RAM has died.
Turn of and unplug the computer. Remove and reinsert the RAM module. Restart. If there's no change, replace it.
    Hopefully it's not the motherboard.

    1) @ Eldon, what makes you think it is the Ram ?? Just curious !!

    2) @ Private Dillweed, I'll check from the Bios as you mentioned when I'm back in town, as I'm away right now, but if not, how do I do this from a disc or USB as Windows was pre-loaded on this PC and did not have a disc ?? Also the link you post at the bottom of your post, I'm a little confused by, as it has many different threads in there, and not sure which one you are referring to.

No, average users who have no idea suck!

Caused by W10 loading the last session rather than it being a fresh Boot?

So is there a solution to get this PC up and running ?? Do I take the Ram out and put it back ? Do I do a fresh install from a USB stick ?? The other issue I have if I have to do a fresh install, this PC came with Windows pre installed from Costco, and I don't see where the Windows Product number is, I looked everywhere for it, so what do I do in this instance ??

Is there other info I can give by doing a request, to make sure where we are at ??

    I try any suggestions :(

Yep.....back up any Pic's, Vid's etc to USB first.

I love to run my script on USB back up devices that wont allow infected files to propagate.

I point the Script @ Malwarebytes sig updates to be current, and bob's your uncle.

Anything important thats infected, usually a file extension change will render the malicious script useless!

    1) How and what is the exact process to do this from a USB stick ?

    2) I don't really have anything to back up as it was a spare PC, so most of what I had on it was backed up on a USB prior to crashing. I couldn't back up anyways as I can't get past the blue screen shown.

    3) If I do do a fresh install from a USB I assume from the Bios at boot, hoping I can get to that, LOL. What do I do when it ask for the Windows product # I looked on the frame of the PC, and I don't see any stickers with the Windows Product Number. ?

I'm assuming I have to use the Media Creation Tool to create an ISO on my USB drive ??

Also since I can't get past the Blue screen any other way to get my Windows Product Number ??

Take the back up on USB prior to the crash, and keep it safe.

When asked for the Win Key, choose 'skip this step'.

    Install fresh without the key.

Go here, and buy a genuine Win10 Pro key for $27.71 USD

I have tested them and they work installed under 'system > windows activation > change product key'. :)

I'm assuming I use this after I get windows back installed by USB drive, then I use this application to get my PK. It doesn't get wiped out from a fresh install ?? Remember I can't boot the PC pass the blue screen. I still have to try unmounting the Ram and cleaning it and putting it back to see. I'll do this, this weekend.

No. It's only for a working PC. Sorry, I missed that your PC can't boot.

Run a Check Disk from Command Prompt.
chkdsk /r C: replacing C with the correct drive letter if needed.

you need a windows 10 cd
    or a preloaded thumb drive
you need to put it in
you need to f_ select boot device
you need to select cd\dvr d:\
    you need to select repair
    from the utility menu
you need to make a cup of coffee
    watch judge Judy
** it looks like you will only be able to boot from a disc **
** it looks like you ram data is corrupted**
** it looks like given what a know so far about your computer knowledge you desperately need a disk or thumb drive**
** it looks like if all else fails you can look online for a utility *

Not that this would be 'top of the list' of options to consider, but just to throw another thought into the mix (in case you feel as though you've come to a dead end)... does your system contain 1 or 2 RAM modules? If the latter should be the case, and since some have suggested the issue lies with the hardware, you could try removing one and leave the other. I'd personally find it to be a pain in the buttocks, but if you run into the same issue with just the one DIMM stick, you can switch them out. In the event that only one stick is bad, the other would work.

However, to be honest, whether or not the requirement to have the same amount of RAM in each DIMM slot is upheld if one of the modules is faulty... I am entirely unsure of...

I have not forgotten to post back on the process, I've just been busy with work, but as soon as I resolve this I'll report back. :)

I do not see the specification of your pc- It will always help us, if you state Make/model of PC, OR, LAPTOP- If you have a specification- amount of ram, and number of ram-sticks, processor(Intel/AMD- 2GHZ, 3GHZ ..Etc:
Whether a pc, or, laptop then as intimated a faulty/dirty ram could cause it, and it is reasonably easy to remove, clean the slots, and replace ram (one at a time, and try after each one, can help.
Firstly, I would try shut down, and disconnect power supply, and then press and hold the start button for a few seconds to discharge everything completely.
Then try a restart- if no good, I would remove all ram, and clean the ram metal contacts with something like a pencil rubber, then clean the slots - I find an air cannister is best for this, but you need to be careful that computer is cold, so that it does not collect moisture from the compressed air- leave it for a few minutes to be sure after using air. Then try one stick at a time, to see if you get startup- if so , then shut down, and insert second stick.-Restart, and see if all is well.
If you can get hold of fresh ram to test it - this might be useful.
If no difference, then, I would look at the options offered previously, in this thread.
If this came with Windows 10, then it is very likely that the COA is embedded in the Bios, so re-installing, and skipping the coa whilst installing, will allow Windows to be registered when you go on-line.(that is how later computers, and W10 work. If it was an update, then it may be using the Win 8.1 coa, (some of these were fixed in bios) and could still register- If it was a W7 update to W10- not so good.
Yu can download W10 iso onto another machine and use the media creation tool to install on usb-
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10
    Scroll down to
Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) to install Windows 10 on a different PC (click to show more or less information)
Whilst pc is in present state, you should try to access the bios- the pc/laptop you have may be different, but as in previous post, it would be worth testing on startup to see how to access it, to save time when you have an iso on usb/dvd- The usb option will sometimes not show up, unless you have the usb stick in its place before starting up.
