No, it's just a throwaway little file inside w/e zipped file(s) I'm DLing. Like an NFO or an SFV file.

It's not really affecting anything, I guess. Just as a corrupt NFO or readme file wouldn't really affect anything either. But I can't imagine it's corrupt...seeing as the rest of the ZIP contents were intact and functioned correctly.

    XP, btw.

    Hi

What download did it come with? please link to if possible and oen of us can try look at the files and see what needs to be done
    What is the Certificates name?
If you right click it and properties does it give you a publisher?

In the main with SSL certificates, you can import them via IE, click Tools > Internet Options > Content tab > Certificates > Import and browse to the file.

in the main they allow access to secure websites, remote access, FTPs etc (I use these alot in work as all of our work sites I need to access have SSL/certificates), but need to know much more info on the above to give clear instruction on what to do with it and if its needed.

Can just be a runtime library as well and nothing to worry about as just noticed your post above posted same time as mine and a zip file and maybe a standalone app may just run ok knowing that file is their, over needing to install it, but need to know the app and download, to be sure?
