I wanted to try out Crysis just to play it, so I downloaded the demo for a try before I buy. However it seems everytime the game tries to load itself, it resets the system without getting even into the game itself.

So is it possibly a hardware issue, or software related?

Also I'm trying out another power supply tomorrow, to see if that might be the culprite.

    Hi

I would try installing the latest GFX Card driver for your ATI.

Are you Overclocking your CPU or GPU by any chance? if you are reset them to default.

Check the Event Viewer Logs for any listing of the crash and what file/application may have caused it, likely in Windows Logs > Application or System logs.
