csrss.exe BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH

oh im really getting tired of PCs now .....
seems you solve one problem only to run into another ....
I wonder if anyone can help with this issue? i trust i have it in the correct place ..
ok .. Im using Nero Show time to play a dvd that is backed up on my hard drive ...
the dvd is stored on a 160Gb seagate 7200rpm HD wired as PRIMARY SLAVE
this drive also contains (on a seperate partition (the first parition to be exact)) my page file..
my PRIMARY MASTER is my 80gb maxtor 7200rpm HD with windows XP Home installed on it ...
All the latest drivers are installed (ATI CAT 5.9, Creative Updates, Nero 6.6.0.16, Windows updated (sp2 was included with my winxp disk) soooo....
WHY DOES NERO SHOWTIME BLUE SCREEN ME WHEN TRYING TO WATCH DVD WITH HARDWARE ACCELERATION TURNED ON TO GET A BETTER IMAGE!!!!

sorry i mean, why do i get a blue screen of death with an error in csrss when i try to use hardware acceleration watching a dvd with nero showtime? it goes fine for a few seconds then it breaks up into coloured squares (like losing your signal on sky) and then ....*fanfare* Blue screen, and just for the record *talks to pc* No it ISNT the first time i have seen your bl**dy blue screen with the same error, you did it last time i tried HW Accel
