   Regarding CTF error message...I cannot get beyond details...It comes back "exception occurred while trying to run "shell32.dll,control_RunDll input.dll.
   Any advice for this...Apparently I do not have a ghost image and it required a program disk...which I do not have...is there anything else I can do? Thank you.

   If your language version used of the OS is none english then this applies http://support.microsoft.com/kb/887852
   
   Otherwise, remember to print out those instructions and close all running applications like IE and any Office program and try again these instructions http://support.microsoft.com/kb/282599
   
   Sadly if at any stage your asked for the Office CD or OS CD then you will need them, no alternate methods I can think of.
