ctrl+alt+delete doesnt work

for some reason when i press ctrl+alt+delete nothing happens even if the computer is running fine. I know all these keys are working fine.

 

What Operating system are you using

 

I'm using Windows 98

 

Check for viruses. Its posisble for a program to "hook" these commands in win98, along with the windows key and other things, and stop them from working.

 

I didnt find any viruses with my antivirus program. ahhh I'll just format my computer I guess. I don't want to spend anymore time figuring this out.
