Cursor and/or emoticon software/collection?

I'm looking for an alternative to Smileycentral.com I've been searching everywhere and I've founds some small collections but have mostly ran into software packages screaming "Spyware"

To make a long story short I've been unable to make a friend understand the dangers in smileycentral and other programs similar. With her new dell desktop coming in days, I'd rather buy a cursor/emoticon collection or program than have to continually work around spyware she wants to keep.

Any recommendations are appreciated

You could always try Microangelo and create your own cursors and icons. Just Google for it or use Yahoo.
