Cursor Freezes if I Print!

I have been dealing with chaslang @ Major Geeks for the last 4 days resolving malware/virus issues. I was out of town for 30 days and when I came back there were some real problems going on and one major problem continues to plague me.

Everything is clean on my computer (per chaslang) and runs smoothly until I print something. As soon as the printer engages, the cursor freezes and the only way I can do anything is to pres the button on the hardrive to reboot!!!

I have uninstalled/reinstalled my printer 4 times, I have upgraded the driver, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the mouse, and nothing seems to work? I have a HP printer - model hp psc 2210xi al-in-one and a Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard and a Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0.

I have tried to attach the aida file for you to view the system, but it's 287 KB and you only allow 250. What do I do?

My OS is Microsoft XP Professional Version 2002
AMD Duron(tm)
1.31 GHz
448 MB of RAM

OK, can't edit my last message and I forgot to attach the file(s). Don't know if this will work, but I copied part of the aida to 2 different folders and I am attaching them on this thread.

Were you able to print things before with no problem? Or is this something that started up after the spyware? Does the whole computer lock up? And does the printer finish printing? It sounds like there may be a conflict. Do you have your printer port set to use an interrupt? If so, set it to never use an interrupt and see what that does.
