   Cobra Private First Class

   I have Windows XP and I started operating my computer like normal and all the sudden the cursor changed to the move cursor all the time (the one with the 4 arrows sticking out N,S,E,W.) I went into the control panel to try and solve the problem, but it says the cursor files aren't present. Should I reinstall, or will I have to do a clean install to solve the problem
