Custom-built Win3.1/win98 Systems

I live in New York, in the United States. How can I get a custom-built Windows 98SE and MS-DOS 6.2x/Windows 3.1 computers for a low price? I want to experiment.

BTW, I don't need them yet but may need them soon.

Try running them all in a Virtual Machine

 

Check out thrift shops or The Goodwill store. Note your problem is going to be drivers. It is not likely any of the hardware makers still provide drivers for such legacy hardware.

 

I don't need it yet, but, if I remember, I'll see where I can get a system. I want to experiment with a real Win98/DOS computer for the sake of compression.
