Seems you stumbled upon an odd issue. Good news and bad news. Its a dictionary file related to Microsoft Office or similar but I can't find any information about removing except to possibly remove any Office items from your startup and some registry editing, which seems like a bad idea. If it makes you feel any better, it is not a dangerous file so you could ignore it for a while.

I did find this you can try assuming its an older copy of Office. It does not apply to Office 2010.

    -open microsoft word.
    - click tools at the top of the page
    - click options
    - click the spelling and grammar tab.
    - click the custom dictionaries button
-click the new button and choose a location to store the dictionary and
    choose a name
    - click the save button
now select the new dictionary you just created then click the change default
    button.

    Hi
Thanks for quick reply, I have micro-soft works its been on pc since 2004 went into the tools then options but its not a spelling tab. I am trying to add a screen shot of my program files in the hope you will be able to see which program it is.
In the mean time thanks my mind is at rest, I thought it may have been a virus or something.

Right it says its uploaded but I cant see it?

I would search around for spelling or grammr to see if you can find custom dictionaries. Reason you have trouble finding the answer is this issue goes back to the old Office and often time it is found on Windows 98 systems, etc. See what you can find, worst case leave it alone. Reason it won't delete is that it is the Office dictionary file.

Since it seems to a safe file and some program needs to access it from time to time you could just right-click it, select Properties and check the box for Hidden.

That would put it out of your sight yet still let it work with the program accessing it.
