Customize IE7 File-Send menu choices

    I would like to change the menu choices on IE7 so that instead of "File-Send-Shortcut to Desktop", I can send the shortcut to a folder on the desktop.

    Is there a way to edit the "Send" context menu to add other options the way you can modify the Windows Explorer "Send To" menu?
