Ok, I have 2 user accounts in Windows XP Professional. One being the admin account & the other being an account for my family members to get on. My question is, how do I customize the 2nd account so they will not be able to access certain files, windows explorer and have certain icons on their desktop?

well for the icons you just login and change whatever they are. To disable access to files you need to right click on that file click security, remove everyone and add the users you want to have access.
