CWS hijack

Hi There, I live and work in Perth WA (Australia).
On my work machine i have a nasty little bugger called CWS hijack (Cool Web Service) Adaware cannot get rid of the file, niether can spybot.

Please email me if you know any way of getting rid of this .dll file.

I am very amature, so please be gentle.
