We do not analyze log files at random here.

You need to do the tutorial:
http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407

If and when we ask for a logfile, your is outdated and running from a temp folder, meaning no backups.

Not sure if this will help, but I just deleted that selfsame thing this morning using the CWShredder I downloaded on this site yesterday. At least, it was titled the same (or close), so I presume that if they're not the same thing they're related...
So, maybe that will work for you?
It also showed up as a BHO, which I disabled using BHODemon. That's downloadable here as well.
