CWS Variant Searchx...HiJack This! Log

Hello I was told I might be able to get some help here. I have the CWS variant Searchx which hijacks my homepage to a Searxch page, but it says About:Blank in the address bar. I've been using Ad-Aware repeatedly and it keeps coming back. Sometimes it only takes a few seconds after I close AAW to come back, and sometimes it takes 24 to 48 hours to come back. I have also been using CWShredder. Anywho here is the HiJack! This log.

Hmm I have removed the about:blank and CWS stuff for about 2 weeks straight on Ad-Aware, but it keeps coming back.
