cwshredder software not working?

I have a dell computer with 512 memory, 80 gig HD,Pentium 4,3.00GHz running windows XP with service pack2.
On a daily basis I have to run in safe mode, CWshredder version2.15 to remove CWSMSconfig. I always run it twice to make suyre it is gone. But evry day it is there. What am I doing wrong, or where could I find where in my computer it is lurking to remove it forever. Thanks!

 

I suggest you follow the advice in the SPYWARE FORUM, and pay particular attention to the "stickies".
